They belong to the picio variety and their presence is a privilege. Zajarí keeps his legacy and picks up his roots the flavor of an oil of legend, which is enjoyed with every drop.

Los olivos centenarios, de los que se extrae su zumo, se integran en un hábitat singular, formado por distintas variedades vegetales que preservan la biodiversidad de este enclave. Cultivado con el máximo respeto al medioambiente, con certificado ecológico y de la D.O. Poniente de Granada. La recolección temprana de la oliva y su inmediata molturación en frío, garantizan la máxima calidad y frutado del aceite.
Living legend
Made with this variety, native to Granada, introduced in the Iberian peninsula in the first quarter of the eighth century. Only 10,000 hectares of these olive trees remain, unique in the world, with an average age of more than 400 years and a grand and solemn presence on the landscape.
Naturally exceptional
Zajarí is an evocative oil, with color and texture typical of other times. With a fruity green sweet, bitter and spicy in medium intensity and with notes reminiscent of green apple, fresh grass, tomato, nuts and strawberry.
